Situated in Mehlmeisel, 34 km from Bayreuth Central Station, Das Arni´s features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We stopped by for one night to get rest before continue travelling. Serviceminded and flexible staff. We came late and ordered food and drinks before they cloosed the kitchen, afterwards we sat a while at the terass and was drinking wine/beer and even if restaurant closed they let us stay while they were preparing for next day. Breakfast is normal between 8-10 and we asked if possible to eat earlier and they fixed the breakfast for us at 7. The rooms was fresh and clean. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The best convenience for me was the parking right by the door, which made my daily commute to work effortless. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, which is always a priority for me. Additionally, the atmosphere was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep and rest after a day at work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, especially if proximity to work is important to them.

The Siebenquell® GesundZeitResort in Weißenstadt offers a spa centre and a 6,200 m² sauna area. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a terrace or balcony. Everything was perfect. Where been there in between the Delta and Omikron COVID waves and the day visitor were shut down so the pool was literally empty all day long. So this, of course, was a beautiful experience for us but we also appreciate that this was a painful time for the hotel so I won't celebrate it much. But besides that everything was perfect as usual, staff, cleanness, breakfast, room, etc. We had a walking tour to the Weissensdadt center where there are a few excellent restaurants with German cuisine. We will be back, this is for sure.

God og variert frokost. Grei beliggenhet på hotellet. Er man kreativ nok, er det mye å finne på i denne lille landsbyen. Grei avstand fra to motorveier. Har benyttet hotellet flere ganger på reise fra Norge til Ungarn. Gleder oss alltid til avslapning på flotte balkonger/terrasser og ikke minst dusjen på rommene.

This is our third time staying here, and the staff is always wonderful. The food at the restaurant is really good and the grill house is great as well. We especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There's a lot of variety, it's presented really nicely and tastes wonderful. We've stayed in the regular 2nd floor rooms on both sides of the hotel and while the side facing the grill house is nice we also really enjoyed the parking lot side since it had really nice sunrises and less people to watch you relaxing on the balcony. Next time, we'll be trying one of the suites. There's plenty of nearby hikes, a quaint nature park with a petting zoo, sledding, and a ski lift all about 15 minutes away. We like to do a few laps around the lake while our toddler enjoys collecting rocks, sticks, pine cones and seeing the ducks. In the winter they setup a few small booths on the weekends and serve gluhwein for a mini Christmas market. They also cut a hole in the ice by the pier when the lake is frozen over if you want to take a plunge. My wife and I live in Germany, but are from Los Angeles. It's fairly difficult there to find a place like this with so much to offer and for such a reasonable price. We'll be returning to Hotel Am Fichtelsee before we leave germany and would like to visit again someday when our daughters are adults.
