The location was great, In the middle of the black forest, the rooms were very big, clean and with everything needed, the place offers great breakfast and exceptional diner, also some good Italian restorant neer by and supermarket but the thing that made it exceptional was the service, the place is managed by Emanuel that was always there for us with a smile for everything needed, and some time offering it before we even ask! Amazing stay and very well recommended!!!

Hotel amb instal-lacions excepcionals. El personal del restaurant molt atent i amable. Val la pena sopar al restaurant de l'hotel, la terrassa és fabulosa per una nit d'estiu i el menjar boníssim. Hotel is the most enjoyable and pristine property we stayed at. They even have their own private park with deers and you can feed the graceful animals. The attention to detail and aesthetics of the hotel, spa, park, restaurant and all the facilities, rooms - is superb. For the child - there was a little bathroom robe and cute set of toiletrees in the room. Each room is unique and a candy for the eye. Tranquility, harmony and joy - is the vibe here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and high tea time at a Michelin star restaurant. Honestly, it's a dream come true! And the stuff - people are exceptionally well trained, professional, kind and attentive. We have memories for life and will definitely come back again and again!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The Saturday dinner was incredible. The breakfast buffet is also very good. We had a good time at the hotel bar in the evening. The location is great, just a 7min walk to the lake or the Badeparadies. Would definitely recommend the place for a weekend getaway.

The atmosphere, it follows a nice theme of winter coziness everywhere. Super clean rooms, and generally in tip top condition, everything works as it should. The location is super convenient to just walk around the village and not take the car. We where blown away by the breakfast buffet, one of the best organised and packed buffet with so many options, all quality products and delicious. Generally a simple yet super luxurious experience that we didn't want to end! 20/10 advised.
