Myrtle Beach has some great people and friendly people.
Myrtle Beach has some great people and friendly people. The southern hospitality is amazing. My husband and I have visited two years in a row. We love Broadway at the Beach and going to the local bars. The beaches are peaceful and well maintained with beautiful blue/green water.

we picked a busy week, bike week. we enjoyed our stay but may not stay again in same place. parking across the road. would have rather had out car closer. Unloading for room was crowded and overwhelming but the staff helped direct us. after we needed to move our car to the parking garage across the st. Exit and Entrance was same area, may have been because of bike week. it was a tight fit.

My boyfriend and I came for bike week an it honestly felt like we were in jail the cops had everything blocked off we had to drive several blocks out of the way to get to our room.. the whole atmosphere was different an one of the traffic directors told us that they didn’t do any of the blocking roads or police cars last week when the white people had their bike week. I will never come back here for any holiday.

We liked the beach the best but it was very loud because there were Harley motorbikes on all of the floors of the hotel/condo site. We also liked our drive to Georgetown which is about 1 hour away. It was finally quiet. Also, we liked the state parks though they were too close to highways and roads and okay for walking but not for cycling (routes were too short). Sometimes motorbikes they came up the side of the hotel and revved up until 2 am which did interfere with our sleep. The hotel smelled funky.

I’ve been going to Myrtle Beach most summers of my life (I’m from the other end of the state). North Myrtle is the place to stay, for sure. Cleaner and less crowded, lovely beaches. It’s a short drive to all the attractions. It’s a good family getaway. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary, but I’ve got great memories there. As an adult I prefer the Outer Banks but for a quick/convenient beach trip, Myrtle will be probably be our choice every time.
The management of this hotel is just two guys doing their best to pass this place off as a nice beachfront rental, when it is as run down as a building can be, outside of being condemnable. The pictures and listings online are edited to an extreme measure to deceive potential customers. My beds had hair and fuzz and dirt under every sheet. No refunds are available and any concerns will be met with ‘legal’ jargon to the point that you know for sure that you will not be receiving any help or accommodation for your request. .5/10 stay
You are directly on the beach. Just a few steps outside the elevator and you are ready for vacation! The staff was super helpful and friendly as they come! This will be my go to place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach! It is an older hotel but shouldn’t be overlooked! We have stayed in hotels twice the price that didn’t live up to the Seahorn! Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from staying here! I only took a picture of the shower because I had seen comments saying how bad they were. 🤷🏻♀️
Plenty of parking. Great location between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Quiet residential neighborhood behind hotel. Across street from beautiful beach. Has a pool. Convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.. Room was clean, updated, and contemporary. Had a mini-fridge, TV, and microwave. All rooms had a view of the ocean. Front desk and staff were great to deal with. Price was fantastic! Would highly recommend! We will book again in the future.
Staff was nice and helpful, room was comfy, but the bathroom is outdated, the sink is broken, shower does not function properly, the chairs on the balcony are old and dirty, no decorations on the walls, the tv is very small, and the tv stand was a old broken dresser, wouldnt have been a problem if the hotel was priced cheaper. $300 a night for outdated/broken furniture is unacceptable honestly.
Free breakfast buffet was 45.00 $12.99 a day to park in Hilton parking garage Could not regulate A/C faulty thermostat TV kept flashing LED television/Dynamic color/HDMI on screen constantly Only 1 chair in room for 2 people Stayed at a Hampton Inn on the way home and had better room with couch great tv free breakfast for a lot less per night Myrtle beach Hilton is no bargain
The room was semi clean. Close proximity to north Myrtle beach attractions. Allowed for pool use. Located in barefoot landing. Easy check in process with key located in lock box. Large space, much better then your typical hotel or resort room that is tiny and congested for a family of 5.
Rooms were beautifully decorated and very
clean. Location was outstanding. It was right on the beach and had many nearby restaurants to choose from without the tourist trap feel of Myrtle Beach. Loved the pool and hit tub as well. Would definitely go back again.
The view was spectacular. You can hear the ocean when the balcony door is open. The hotel was located right on the strip ocean side. There was a pizza restaurant located in the hotel. They offered coffee- just coffee- in the mornings. The pools were cleaned daily.
Great choice if you are visiting Myrtle Beach. Clean and well-maintained facilities and the hotel is at a great location. They have a nice fitness center, activity center for kids and teenagers, two decent-sized pools with two SPAs, etc. Everything was great.
Location was the main reason for selecting this hotel. On the beach, boardwalk, access to shops and restaurants (and amusement park if you are interested), pier, etc,
The ocean side balcony had good room and wonderful view.
The ground was well maintained.
Was not allowed to check in because I have a local address on my drivers license even though I have moved and was only back visiting. Was forced to find another hotel that allowed someone with a Myrtle beach address on their ID to check in.
Hotel was located right on the beach with easy access to it. The pool area was pretty cool. Ocean Annie’s was fun. The desk person that checked me in was the only person I came in contact with and she was very friendly and helpful.
This property is in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach that's not directly on the oceanfront. It's proximity to shops and restaurants is what makes it a top choice for me when staying in Myrtle Beach.
The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was an older building so of course looked a bit worn but it was clean. It's right on the ocean and our room had a gorgeous view.
